The following were included in today's fare:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 Cup of cantaloupe
- 1 Cup of raw soymilk
- 1/2 Cup water
- dash or so of cinnamon
- 1 plum
- honey to taste (again about 1/8-1/4 Cup.

Cinnamon is so awesome. I put it in everything. And the kiddos are so cute!
